Refund and Returns Policy

Because our products are perishable food items, all sales are considered final.
However, we will always do our best to assist you in reasonable situations.

1. Refund Policy

Refunds are not available for:

  • Completed and delivered orders
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Customer chosen wrong delivery date/time
  • Customer unable to receive delivery

We may offer a remake or partial credit in the following rare situations:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Severe damage during our delivery
  • Quality issues confirmed with photos (within 1 hour after delivery)

Refunds (if approved) will be returned to the original payment method.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • 48 hours before delivery: Free cancellation or reschedule
  • Less than 48 hours: 50% cancellation fee
  • Same day: No cancellation allowed

This is because we purchase fresh ingredients and schedule production in advance.


3. Incorrect Delivery Information

If the customer provides an incorrect address, phone number, buzzer code, or is unreachable during delivery:

  • The order will be marked as Delivered – Unable to Reach Customer
  • No refund will be issued
  • A second delivery may be arranged (additional delivery fee applies)

4. Customer Not Home

If no one is available to receive the order:

  • Our driver will wait up to 5 minutes
  • If still unreachable, the order will be returned
  • No refund will be issued
